The Cert Graveyard works with a large amount of malware, this is in part thanks to our organizational partners.

Individuals who partner with The Cert Graveyard can contribute to the project and gain a lot of practical experience.

Areas of partnership:

• Document relationships between code-signers and malware.

• Review sandbox analysis of files.
• Get hands on - analyze files oneself

• Develop new tools and techniques for analyzing files.
• Develop new ways to identify and report malware.

Why become a individual partner?

Individuals who partner with The Cert Graveyard can contribute to the project and gain a lot of practical experience.

• The Cert Graveyard sees a large range of malware: everything from Russian cybercrime to Nation State malware. Being a partner helps you get early in analyzing these files too. This can help you make new discoveries, develop skills, and get a wide range of exposure.
• We also see a wide range of tactics, requiring a broad range of investigative skill.

• Partnering with The Cert Graveyard allows you to contribute to a mission that makes an impact.
• When code-signing certificates are reported, it helps vendors, browsers, and operating systems, flag and identify the malware—often disrupting active malware campaigns.

• Our team is here to help you learn and grow. We can provide guidance on how to analyze files, how to report findings, and how to develop your skills.
